1. About Fanvue Live
Fanvue Live is a gated livestreaming application that allows Fanvue creators to broadcast live video to their subscribers. Access to streams is controlled by your Fanvue subscription status. The app is listed on the Fanvue App Store.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Fanvue account to use Fanvue Live. By connecting your account you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use complies with Fanvue's own Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, record, or redistribute streamed content without the creator's permission
- Use the app to harass, exploit, or threaten any person
- Attempt to bypass subscriber gating or any access controls
- Use automated tools to scrape data or abuse API rate limits
- Impersonate Fanvue staff, creators, or other users
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
4. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the content they broadcast. You must comply with Fanvue's content policies. The app interface and any marketing materials must remain safe-for-work even when used to manage adult content on Fanvue.
5. Payments and Tips
Tip payments are processed through Fanvue's own payment infrastructure. Fanvue Live does not collect or store payment card details. All payment disputes are handled by Fanvue directly.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a stable, production-grade service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service at any time, including for maintenance or policy compliance reasons.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or Fanvue's policies. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data via the Privacy & GDPR page.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
